Afternoon Sleep Important For Babies

Do not ignore the baby nap schedule. Because the baby has a nap schedule regularly showed increased brain's ability to detect new information.

Researchers from the University of Arizona at Tucson conducted a study involving 48 infants were observed for 15 months until the baby is accustomed to the nap activities.

Every baby has a sleep time different. But in general there is the best time for baby to sleep is:
  1. If the baby needs time to bed 3 times which is at mid-morning, sleeping during the day and evening.
  2. If the baby needs to sleep 2 times the time when mid-morning and afternoon.
  3. If the baby has a 1-time sleep time is during the day.
The number of hours of sleep a baby vary depending on the age of the child or children, namely:
  1. 4 months age need time to sleep 3 times with a total of 4-6 hours.
  2. 6 months age require 2 times when sleeping with a total of 3-4 hours.
  3. 9 months age require 2 times when sleeping with a total of 2,5-4 hours.
  4. 12 months age need to sleep 1-2 times with a total of 2-3 hours.
  5. 2 years age require 1 time sleeping with a total of 1-2 hours.
  6. 3 years age require 1 time sleeping with a total of 1-1.5 hours.
