If you do not want to give birth prematurely you may have to re-think to marry a man who was much older.

A study in Italy say a couple of old men much older than his wife gave birth to babies at high risk of pregnancy at 32 weeks.

Some studies claimed that babies born to fathers older have a greater risk of disability or suffering from certain diseases, while for the pregnancy tend to have a miscarriage or premature birth possible. To ensure the relationship with paternal age was premature birth, the researchers examined birth rate of about 1.5 in Italy with mothers aged between 20-29 years old in 1990 and 1998. The researchers deliberately chose women in this age because they think women in this age have very little risk of pregnancy complications including premature birth.

The results of this study showed that babies born to couples with older paternal age tend born before 37 weeks of age content. This fact is more often found in men older.
