Stop Eat Before Sleep Tips

It is not an urban legend that says that eating too late at night just before bedtime is a habit - or need - that contributes to the accumulation of fat. Issues related to metabolism at night, and lack of exercise (obviously!) At night, perhaps the most predisposed to enjoy high-calorie foods when you're tired and maybe outside it's cold and dark ... matters that do not detail in this short article.

What we want to do instead is to give some practical advice to try to make the last meal of the day a little lighter, pleasant and funny at the same time. Any advice for avoiding the temptations and to wake up a bit less heavy, we try?
  • Clean up the pantry and refrigerator of all foods that - under normal conditions - avoid because too much heat. Do not keep them at home because the risk of yielding to temptation when you are tired and hungry is great.
  • Fill the pantry of fruits, vegetables, whole foods. Keep in the refrigerator ready to eat a meal there if you like. Better to eat something healthy that you had already planned to eat rather than jumping on the first piece of cake that you happen to shoot...
  • Prioritize the breakfast as most important meal of the day. A breakfast high in fiber, carbohydrates, fruits and protein will give you the charge for the day and will be more easily disposed of a rich evening meal.
  • Try to eat little but often. Instead of two (totally wrong!) Or three daily meals, try to make 4 or 5 small meals during the course of the day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner). You will see that the evening you will have other things on his mind, and not just the urge to eat anything that passes before his eyes.
  • In the evening try to focus on raw and cooked vegetables, and fruit (not too sweet). A nice soup, even canned, ready to be heated is often just enough to satisfy the appetite and to take away the urge to overeat.
